Prof. Dr. Daiva Mikucioniene
Daiva Mikučionienė is a full-professor and Vice-Dean for Research at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Design of Kaunas University of Technology; author and co-author of more than 10 handbooks, author of more than 70 scientific publications in the Clarivate Analytics Web of Science database. Her main scientific interests and academic activities are related to textile engineering: development and research of special-purpose textile products, modeling of knitted structures, solving sustainability challenges in the textile and fashion industry sector. She is a coordinator, leader and implementer of various international and national scientific and study projects, actively participating in doctoral processes and actively presenting scientific results at international conferences.
